I took part in one of your recent Disruptive Passenger courses in Manchester, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The instructor was very friendly, easy to talk to, and an excellent teacher. I thought that the instruction about recognising, diffusing, and dealing with potentially volatile situations was great and very apt. I would have enjoyed more tuition on restraint holds and techniques, though I was attending the course more specifically for these areas as I work ad a security guard and doorstaff, and am always wanting to learn new techniques.
Keep up the good work, I'm very interested in attending more courses.

Cathy Cartwright - Update
I received my "Wings" on 29th April (after 4 weeks of full on training).  The training was really interesting, so much was covered in such a short time! This Friday will be my familiarisation flight (check in 04:00) flying to Ibiza - hopefully I will get to sit in the flight deck. On Saturday I fly to Mallorca, although not sure at the moment which postion I will be working. Other destinations following that include Zakynthos, Banjoul, Dalaman, I also have a positioning flight. I'm really excited............I made it!!! I'll keep in touch x

Cathy Cartwright - Manchester Cabin Crew Course - June 2010
I have just completed the NCFE Level 2 Airline Cabin Crew Course with Oyster Training Group at Manchester and want to say a HUGE thank you to Sally, Clare, Mikayla, Kelly and Laurence for all your input, support, feedback and guidance. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and have found it very beneficial in gaining a good insight into learning the roles and responsibilities of Cabin Crew.
The mock interview held by Kelly and Mikayla was delivered in a highly professional way and their feedback was most encouraging for me in attending future interviews. My confidence has grown through attending the Cabin Crew course and I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to undertake employment in Cabin Crew. Many, many thanks again to all of you – you’ve been great. I’ve had a fabulous time and will really miss the training!! I’ll keep you posted.

I recently studied with Oyster Training Group and completed the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Airline Cabin Crew. I found the course extremely beneficial and worth every penny. The tutors were fantastic in their knowledge of the industry and were more than happy to help or give advice at any given opportunity. Hi Makayla, Just thought i'd update you on the easyjet stuff.. I passed the assessment days, and had my check flight yesterday - now fully qualified cabin crew! Not sure if they will keep us on after November though.. but I love it! Didn't think i'd be doing this this time last year! I came to do the Overseas Rep course and end up working as cabin crew! anyway the interview tips really helped in the holiday rep course.

Jean Emmanuel Detter - March Intensive Course 2009
I wanted to become cabin crew and in order to help myself for this new career I decided to join a course that would prepare me for this job. This experience was a great and I then went on to get a job with Etihad Airways. Through the training process with the Etihad Academy all my instructors were surprised about the knowledge I brought with me. This course will definately lead you somewhere. I encourage anyone who wants to be crew to go through this course with Oyster Training Group, the instructors are truly there to pass on their knowledge to you.
